These Terms of Use govern the use of the kiiaara platform under the domain www.kiiaara.com. The platform is operated by WS Academy GmbH. By registering and using kiiaara, users accept these Terms of Use in their currently valid version.

2. service description

kiiaara is a web-based, AI-supported platform that enables users to enter content such as texts, documents, and URLs and have it automatically analyzed, structured, or processed. kiiaara provides a technical platform only. No specific content-related, economic, or personal success is guaranteed.

3. Registration and access

The use of kiiaara requires the creation of a user account. Users are obliged to provide complete and truthful information during registration and to keep this information up to date. Access data must be treated confidentially and may not be passed on to third parties. Each user may only create one user account.

4. Paid use and trial period

kiiaara is generally subject to a fee. New users can take advantage of a free trial period of four or seven days. After the trial period expires, the user relationship automatically transitions to a paid subscription unless it is canceled in a timely manner. Prices, scope of services, and billing intervals are presented transparently before the contract is concluded.

5. User obligations

Users are responsible for all content they enter into kiiaara. They guarantee that they have all necessary rights to the content entered and that this content does not infringe on the rights of third parties. It is prohibited to enter illegal, offensive, discriminatory, harmful, or abusive content or to use the platform for purposes that violate applicable law.

6. User input and AI processing

The content entered by users is processed exclusively for the purpose of providing AI-supported services. The content is not stored permanently, but only processed temporarily and then deleted, unless there is a legal obligation to store it. The content is not used for training or development purposes of AI models.

7. AI-specific note

The results generated by kiiaara are based on automated AI systems. This content may be incomplete, incorrect, or out of date. The results provided do not constitute legal, medical, tax, or other professional advice. Users are responsible for checking the results themselves before basing any decisions on them.

8. Availability and changes

WS Academy GmbH endeavors to ensure the highest possible availability of the platform. However, maintenance work, technical malfunctions, or events of force majeure may lead to temporary restrictions. The operator reserves the right to adapt, further develop, or discontinue functions, provided this is reasonable for users.

9. liability

WS Academy GmbH is only liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law. Liability for lost profits, data loss, or other indirect damages is excluded. The operator accepts no liability for content entered by users or used on the basis of AI results.

10. Contract term and termination

The user agreement is concluded for an indefinite period. Users can terminate their subscription at any time in accordance with the cancellation conditions specified in their user account. The operator is entitled to temporarily block or permanently delete user accounts in the event of serious or repeated violations of these terms of use.

11. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with kiiaara's privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Use.

12. Final provisions

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of performance is Wulkaprodersdorf. The place of jurisdiction is Eisenstadt, insofar as this is legally permissible. Should individual provisions of these Terms of Use be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
