How do I create my first KIIAARA?

Select the digital avatar that visually matches your company and area of application.

Define the language in which KIIAARA communicates with your website visitors.

Set your greeting, e.g., "Welcome to KIIAARA. How can I help you?"

Decide on which topics KIIAARA should actively stimulate discussion.

Store company knowledge, documents, or content as a basis for KIIAARA's responses.

Specify the website domain where KIIAARA will be integrated and activated.

Insert the provided embed code into your website to activate KIIAARA.

Account and billing?

The trial period allows you to test KIIAARA for a limited time with included video minutes without obligation.

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly in your customer account under "Billing" and "Invoice Portal" with effect from the end of the current billing period.

You can upgrade or downgrade your package at any time via your account settings.

Only the actual speaking time of KIIAARA per generated video response is calculated.

When you reach your quota, you will be notified and can book additional minutes or upgrade to a higher package.

All invoices are available for download in the billing section of your customer account.

What is KIIAARA?

KIIAARA is a platform for AI-powered visual avatars that are used as digital employees in sales, marketing, and customer service. The avatars communicate via voice and text and can be customized to suit your company's needs.

Is it clearly recognizable that it is AI? Yes. Transparency is a central component of our approach. Users know at all times that they are interacting with an AI-based avatar.

In which areas can KIIAARA be used?

Typical areas of application are customer service, lead generation, and product consulting.  

Can I control and change content myself?

Yes. Texts, dialogues, knowledge content, and avatar behavior can be customized and updated at any time.

Which languages are supported?

KIIAARA supports more than 30 languages. The specific language range depends on the selected setup.

Can KIIAARA be integrated into existing systems? Yes. Depending on the project, integrations into websites, CRM systems, or other digital platforms are possible.

How does KIIAARA handle data?

Data protection and security are our top priorities. Data is processed exclusively for specific purposes and protected in accordance with applicable data protection laws, in particular the GDPR.
